PM Narendra Modi visits Gujarat to lay foundation stones for the redevelopment of Sabarmati Ashram and Tata Group’s semiconductor fab unit. He also inaugurates railway stations redevelopment, road bridges, and railway infrastructure projects, enhancing Indian Railways' capacity and reducing transportation costs.
PM Narendra Modi who is scheduled to visit Gujarat on March 12 to lay the foundation stone of the ambitious Sabarmati Ashram redevelopment project, will also visit the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), where he will lay the foundation stone of the Tata Group’s semiconductor fab unit.
Sources in the state govt said that projects worth Rs 4,000 crore have been completed at the smart industrial city and the PM will inaugurate these projects. “The PM will also lay the foundation stone of the Tata Group’s semiconductor facility, which will come up at Dholera for Rs 91,000 crore,” sources said. Before visiting Dholera, the PM will lay the foundation stone of the Sabarmati Ashram redevelopment project.
